Information on lead times and delivery services from Redbows including logistics and fulfillment options across the UK and to Europe and other parts of the world.

What is the typical lead time?

Most products are available within 5-10 working days. Faster deliveries are possible and these are known as Express Delivery items which an be ready within up to 24 hours.

Longer lead times are possible when the products have to be made to order and the lead time for these is typically 15-20 working days.

If a custom product is involved or a shipment of a large quantity from an off-shore supplier is required, the lead time can be in terms of months.

How will my products be shipped?

Most products are bulk shipped and will arrive by a standard box carrier. This service if for standard boxed items.

Larger quantities may be palletised and shrink wrapped. The pallet will need to be off-loaded from the delivery wagon and/or the products taken off the pallet and into the building if there are no lifting arrangements on-site (pallet truck or fork lift).

We do provide special carrier services by arrangement where we ensure all the goods are delivered to the site and placed where the client needs them to be.

Each carrier service comes at a cost with the standard service designed to be the lowest.

Do you offer a fulfilment service?

Yes we do for clients that need us to hold stock in our warehouse or deliver a package of products to locations throughout the company.

Why are lead times quote from Artwork acceptance?

When we receive your order we send the artwork and related paperwork to our printers. They provide a proof which must be signed off as an ‘artwork acceptance’ before the goods are printed.

You may request changes to the artwork and this can result in a delay in printing. Delivery dates can only therefore be guaranteed from artwork acceptance sign off.
