FAQs - Pricing

Information relating to pricing matters and policies including quantity breaks, cheap low cost pricing and minimum order quantities.

Do you offer a price matching service?

Yes we do. If you can find a cheaper product let us know. We call it our ‘Price Busters’ promotion to beat any like for like quotation by a minimum of 5%. All we need to see is a copy of the competitor quotation or website URL to offer this to you. We do check that the item is in stock on similar terms and is identical to the one we offer. If the competitor is not a BPMA Chartered Distributor like ourselves then we reserve the right not to match or beat the price offered.

Do your prices include delivery and VAT?

On our website we show unit prices for goods and these are subject to VAT. If you order online we add delivery and VAT at the checkout stage. VAT is only added to countries where it must be added under legislation and guidelines from the Inland Revenue.

Charities can be excluded from VAT provided they can provide us with their registered charity number.

We always aim to provide quotations and proformas inclusive of all charges and VAT for your records.

What does POA mean?

POA stands for price on application. We use POA terms on some products where the prices vary daily because they are linked to an exchange rate (US dollar) or where the product requires some further discussion before a quotation can be raised.

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer discounts as part of our Price Buster promise never to be beaten on price and when we are looking at large quantity orders. The larger the order the more we can look to provide a better price as unit promotional product pricing is quantity dependent.
