The Redbows Promotional Gifts, Items and Products Guarantee

All our promotional gifts are supplied with the Redbows Guarantee for quality and economy.

Redbows has invested heavily in its supply chain and management systems. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure maximum quality. All our electronic promotional gadgets are supplied with a 12 months replacement warranty. Faulty items are replaced with the same model if possible or an alternative one of equal or higher value. This product warranty runs from the date of our invoice. If the product was branded or supplied to custom specifications Redbows will do its best to endevaour that the replacement matches the original items. However we must reserve the right to supply an unbranded or customised replacement if an exact match is not available.
