Customer Orders
All orders are subject to our sales terms and conditions. To put an order into our Contract Review process we require some form of official purchase order confirmation. This is normally a signed company purchase order - received by fax, post or attached to an email. We recognise that this may not always be possible to get an order rolling and so can accept a purchase order number followed up by an official order. We can accept purchase order numbers by email, fax or post provided that the person sending the email has the full authority to order on behalf of the organisation. Any order confirmation received must provide us with a clear description of the items to be purchased, the prices agreed, invoice and delivery address and full contact details.Alternatively individuals without access to an ordering system can send us confirmation of what they wish to order - by email, fax or post.
Customer can also use our Customer Order Form to place an order on us. On completion of your order we may send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey as part of our quality management system procedures. Payment
Individuals are requested to make payment with order. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque or bank transfer.
Companies, associations, organisations and charities may be offered credit account facilities. A deposit may be required for large quantity orders and/or customisation. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque or bank transfer.
