Redbows is committed to being a ‘best-in-class’ promotional gifts supplier and provider of marketing services. As part of this commitment the company operates a continuous improvement program of which the following policies are integral as to how the company operates and strives for excellence.

Quality Policy

Redbows Ltd (the ‘Organisation’) aims to provide promotional materials to its customers on time and within budget. The Organisation operates a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO9001:2015 certification, including aspects specific to the promotional materials. The management is committed to:

  • Develop and improve the Quality Management System.
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • The enhancement of customer satisfaction.

The management has a continuing commitment to:

  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
  • Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives.
  • Conduct Management Reviews of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure the availability of resources.

The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the Quality Manual.

The Managing Director understands the requirements of this Quality Policy and abides with the contents of the Quality Manual. In addition to all English and EEC legislation and regulations, the Organisation complies with all legislation specifically related to its business activities. The Organisation constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.

This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuity suitability.

Environmental Policy

Redbows Ltd recognises the important of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all environmental regulations, legislation and approved codes of practice relating to the Promotional Goods industry. It is the Organisation’s objectives to operate with, and to maintain good relations with all regulatory bodies.

It is the declared policy of Redbows Ltd to carry out all measures reasonably practicable to meet, exceed or develop all necessary or desirable requirements and to continually improve environmental performance through implementation of the following.

  1. Assessment and regular re-assessment of the environmental effects of the Organisation’s activities.
  2. Assessment and regular re-assessment of the environmental effects of the Organisation’s environmental objectives and targets.
  3. The training of all employees and management in Environmental issues.
  4. Minimisation of the production of wastage.
  5. Minimisation of material wastage.
  6. Minimisation of energy wastage.
  7. Promotion of the use of recyclable and renewable materials.
  8. Reduction and/or limitation of the production of pollutants to water, land and air.
  9. Control of noise emissions from operations.
  10. Minimisation of the risk to the general public and employees from operations and activities undertaken by the Organisation.

The policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers and sub-contractors and is made available to the public.

Ethical Policy

Redbows is committed to operating across its organisation, customer and supply chain in the most ethical manner possible. To achieve this we strive to ensure that:

  • Our goods and services are produced and delivered under conditions that do not involve the abuse or exploitation of any persons.
  • Our business practices are transparent, open and honest and that we do not involve the company in any practices that could be considered unethical within any culture.
  • We support an environment that is positive and contributes towards the well being and benefit of all concerned.
