  • What products are available on Express Delivery?

    We have recently added further products to our Express Collection due to the large amount of enquiries regarding delivery dates. We have added power banks and gadgets from our Gadgets collection to help those looking for something other than pens or pencils. We wanted to offer our clients a wide variety of express delivery products and we continually update this page with new items.

  • What’s the fastest delivery time you can offer?

    24hours is the fastest delivery time and this is from artwork acceptance sign-off. For plain stock items we may be able to deliver even sooner if the goods are in stock and close to where you or your event is.

  • Why are some items on express delivery?

    To offer an express delivery we have made our processes more efficient with an expedite route. So, for our express delivery items we hold a stock of a limited range and with a limited branding screen print option of only one colour, one position. This gives us a very fast way to ensure we can make a delivery within a very short lead time. For some products we may be able to offer more than one colour and position but the lead time may move out to 2-3 days. This is still considered as an express delivery within the industry.
