What’s the fastest delivery time you can offer?
24hours is the fastest delivery time and this is from artwork acceptance sign-off. For plain stock items we may be able to deliver even sooner if the goods are in stock and close to where you or your event is.
Why are some items on express delivery?
To offer an express delivery we have made our processes more efficient with an expedite route. So, for our express delivery items we hold a stock of a limited range and with a limited branding screen print option of only one colour, one position. This gives us a very fast way to ensure we can make a delivery within a very short lead time. For some products we may be able to offer more than one colour and position but the lead time may move out to 2-3 days. This is still considered as an express delivery within the industry.
What is the best way to guarantee an express delivery?
Really the solution lies in the quality of the artwork file provided and the length of time it takes for an artwork approval. We provide artwork guidelines and need your artwork file in a vectorised format. Once we have opened this file and loaded onto our system we provide a visual and artwork sign off form. Any changes to the artwork will require a reproof which will add a time delay.
