Information on the ordering process at Redbows and placing business with us.
How do I place my order?
We have several ways. Simply phone 0845 8386 368 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our sales representatives will guide you through the ordering process and advise you on the products most suitable for your business.
If you need a quotation or proforma we can send this to you with a link to allow you to pay online using a credit card or PayPal. We can also set up a credit account subject to status.
We can also take payment information over the phone and process an order for you.
If you want to pay via cheque or BACS or make an international payment we can provide our bank details.
Do you issue quotations?
Yes we have an a complete system for raising, recording and sending quotations to clients. The system allows us to send PDFs via email or links to quotations stored within our web-based systems. Clients can accept online quotations and place an order by clicking a button and giving us an order reference.
To request a quotation simply call the Redbows team on 0800 158 3080 or email sales[@]redbows.co.uk or complete our website enquiry form. We always aim to return a quotation within the hour.
For a quick price check, clients can ask for a Quick Quote which allows us to provide a more simplified email response in a very short time frame.
Will I see an artwork proof?
Yes! It is part of our ISO9001 quality management system process that all client orders see an artwork proof detailing their imprint details for formal sign off. Without this proof we cannot print your order. Please note that in signing off the artwork proof, our client accepts the proof and that all the detail within the imprint is correct.
