Do you offer an engraving service?
Some of our executive metal pens can be engraved rather than screen printed. An alternative is to choose a wooden pen barrel which can be branded.
Can I print in more than one place on the pen?
This depends on the pen. For some pens we can print on the barrel, one or two sides and also the pen clip. An alternative is to print a full or half wrap.
Can you Pantone colour match a pen?
Yes we can provide a complete Pantone match for some of our pens providing that you can provide us with a Pantone reference or a vector artwork file from which we can see the Pantone colours in your logo. Please check individual products or ask our team to advise you which is the best pen to Pantone match to your logo colours.
Choosing a pen colour
The best pen colour is one that will give you the best contrast to your logo and imprint. This way the pen colour provides a background and your imprint will stand out against this. Now the pen colour itself could be one of your corporate colours and in this case your logo may have to be in a contrasting colour or negative colour to your normal logo.
How are pens packed once printed?
Once printed we normally packaged plastic pens into cartons and the cartons into a cardboard box for delivery via a courier to you. The cartons are ideal for storage and make it easier to transport small quantities of the pens for exhibitions, seminars and conferences. More prestigious executive type pens may come with their own gift boxes. These may have a cardboard outer sleeve. These products are again packed into a card box box for delivery to you. We can also help with logistics if you need a single pen order delivering to multiple locations.
What are the print areas on a pen?
Almost all pens offer the barrel as the primary print area and clients can often choose to print on one side of the pen or both. Where we can offer a digital print it may be possible to print on the entire barrel as a 360degree print. The other print area is the pen clip itself. Remember that print areas are small on pens so don’t try to cram in as much information as possible into a single imprint area.
What are the delivery options on pens and pencils?
Most pens and pencils are available within ten working days. However express delivery is generally available within three to five working days. For those with no time to spare we can provide pens within 48hrs from artwork approval.
